Smooth process, but fees could be clearer Bought tickets for the Yankees game last weekend, and overall, the process was smooth. The interactive seat map made it super easy to find great seats, but I was a bit surprised by the service fees at checkout. Would be great if the full price, including fees, was shown earlier in the process. Still, the tickets worked perfectly, and the view was amazing!
Good deals but app glitches. I scored some last-minute concert tickets at a great price thanks to SeatGeek’s Deal Score feature. However, I had trouble with the app freezing during checkout, which was frustrating. I ended up completing the purchase on my laptop. The tickets worked fine, but the app experience needs improvement.
Fantastic first-time experience. I used SeatGeek for the first time to get Hamilton tickets, and it was flawless! The $10 off first-time buyer code made it even better. I loved the seating map, and the tickets arrived in my email within minutes. Will definitely be using SeatGeek again for future shows!
